Syntax Consultancy requires a Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in Leeds, the ideal candidate will have a background in Project Management and will be proficient in PRINCE2 methodologies.

* One can influence senior level of customers and project teams through change management initiatives, ensuring that professional standards are maintained
* Manage Release and project delivery cycle into customers ensuring professional standards are adhered and deliverables, milestones documents delivered as per the detail plan produced
* Ensure the different level of communications are maintained with Business , Service and Customer representatives on business objectives of product delivery and ensuring a smooth customer sign off to acceptance criteria are met and transition into live service attained
* Responsible for budgeting (a little only when estimates and tracking needed), estimating, planning and objective setting
* Ensures that delivery and deployments problems are identified and resolved.
* Provides appropriate status and other reports to specialists, users and managers.
* Ensures that operational procedures and working practices are fit for purpose and current.
* Plans and manages implementation of processes and procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of automated systems and services, in respect of their contribution to business performance and benefits to the business, where the measure of success depends on achieving clearly stated business goals and performance targets.
