This FTSE 250 company with a website that experiences millions of unique visitors each month is currently looking for an Online Customer Experience Executive to join the online customer experience team. You will be responsible for enhancing the online user experience of the websites customers.
The Online Customer Experience Executive will work closely with web development and test teams to continually improve website content and overall customer experience. You will be responsible for online marketing and product campaigns content, ensuring that all information is current and factual. You will evaluate website traffic to assess the effectiveness of such campaigns and increase customer acquisition and retention.
The Online Customer Experience Executive will demonstrate experience in managing online user centred design and user experience. You will be adept with online marketing strategies and ecommerce technologies. The Online Customer Experience Executive will show excellent communication skills and a passion for everything online.
