Client Delivery Administrator - Business Systems
Based near Bedford
Part time role, 24 hours per week

Salary: £24 to £27k per annum, pro-rata

Role purpose
To provide a high quality system management service to clients in line with agreed SLAs.

Duties:
Work with the client and other company staff to obtain the client's business requirements, recommend appropriate system configuration to balance meeting requirements with ease of use and maintenance.
Escalating requirements to the technical and consulting teams where appropriate.
Document the requirements and agreed system configuration.
Maintain this documentation under change control as required.
Implement the agreed system configuration via the interface, work with technical function as required Liaise with client to ensure this is tested and signed off.
Agree data required for system users and the process for supplying this.
Load users, assessment content, emails and other media into the system and ensure QC carried out. Liaising with other teams as required.
Liaise with client to determine their roll-out requirements/schedule.
Agree the schedule and implement each roll-out within SLAs agreed for the client.
To include sending reminder emails etc.
Train the client's sponsor and administrators in use of the system
If within scope of the contract pro-actively drive system usage e.g. chase outstanding users who have not completed the required assessment or contact regional managers to offer support and advice.
Respond to queries from from the client helpdesk, sponsor and administrators.
Escalating any technical issues to the company 2nd line support team / help desk.
Create reports within the scope of the client's agreement.

Key skills:
Excellent IT skills gained through use of for example a learning management or CRM system- comfortable working with information systems which are under ongoing enhancement and subject to change.
Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills.
Hands-on approach, comfortable working in a growing company.
A strong attention to detail is essential.
Excellent client facing skills.
Pro-active approach to work.
Salary range GBP24 - 27k per annum, pro-rata
Initially part-time up to 24 hrs per week with the potential for hours to increase in the future.

Actual hours of work to be mutually agreed but 5 days per week preferred.
