We have an interesting opportunity for a payroll person at this leading international software solution provider. You will be a good communicator, organised in your work, and be keen to take on a support role. Full training on our client`s payroll products will be provided in-house, as well as any other software that may be necessary to perform the role.

Experience required:

- Recent payroll experience
- An in-depth understanding of payroll calculations
- A practical knowledge of Microsoft Office

You will be providing support to the users of our client`s payroll software. This will involve guiding clients on queries normally working to urgent deadlines. What they need is not so much a software expert (they can train you on that!) but someone who has really sound payroll knowledge and who is an excellent communicator.

Your day could entail:

- Dealing with support queries in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner
- Customer service via telephone, email or on-line
- Training clients on the use of Payroll software
- Other tasks such as trialling new versions of software, or writing training documentation, or designing reports
