Test Specialist

Test Specialist, Senior Test Architect, Test Architect, Test Manager (Hands-On). Contract Position. 12-Month Contract. GERMANY BASED CONTRACT (I also have a Test Analyst contract in Germany)

A leading electronics consumer requires a Test Architect to manage, define and practice test functions on advanced electronic devices.

The suitable candidate will have a very clear background working with embedded consumer electronics, ranging from smart devices, data technologies to satellite devices.

The core skills required are define test architecture and processes, define test cases, implement tests and test scripts for automated testing and continuously work to improve testing strategies whilst working in a senior/principal role.

The main technologies & skills required are, 5 years experience in software development and testing environments, 3 years experience in architecting test automation frameworks and applications for testability, extensive knowledge of testing C & C++ based embedded products, fluency in C++ using templates, solid knowledge in Linux, scripting and Java, strong experience in embedded software test architecture in mobile operating coupled with black box abilities.

Commutable from Bristol, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Newcastle & Edinburgh.
