I.T Systems and Support Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Systems and Support Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to plan, build, maintain and support the companies IT systems in a commercially effective and secure manner and to manage and support the IT Support & Infrastructure team operating in a VMWare/Citrix/Microsoft environment.

Candidates will need to possess the following skills and experience:

Strong customer service skills.
Strong technical skills and proven track record, especially VMWare/Citrix/Microsoft/Dell PS Series Storage Arrays/HP Switches.
Strong management skills and ability to create and achieve team goals without supervision.
Ability to prioritise incoming workload effectively and plan forward based on collected metrics and business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively in plain English to all levels of staff, both verbally and in written format.
Working effectively within an Information Security Management System/ISO27001 environment.
