Software Development Manager - Amigo Loans

Package: Up to £60,000 PA (Negotiable, DOE) + Bonuses + Benefits Package

We’re currently looking for an experienced Development Manager to guide and control our talented team of software developers who are responsible for the development and enhancement of new and existing systems and services. Working alongside the Lead Architect and the IT Director it will be the successful applicants role to lead business strategy and recruitment whilst executing a full agile development life cycle. You will manage project groups within the team and monitor individual performance.

To be considered you’ll need:

3-years+ experience of leading and managing teams of developers
strong background in hands-on software development in C# / ASP.net and MSSQL.
experience of MVC software architecture and Agile Software Development
exposure to high transactional, high availability website development
