Lead SAP SD Support Consultant

Lead SAP SD Support Consultant - Permanent - Hampshire - £45,000 - £55,000 + car

Lead SAP SD Consultant is required to lead a global team of IT professionals of varying skill levels, to be an expert and a mentor for the team to ensure a good standard of support and project delivery from the team and ensure that there is minimal disruption to the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, organising and implementing a relationship with a SAP "nearshore" service provider to supplement the existing SAP support members
- To act as the IT escalation point to all areas of the business for specified IT applications for support issues
- Ensure all internal SLA's are met and managed within the Helpdesk system, etc.

Candidates must have proven SAP functional support knowledge, prior experience of working with SAP "nearshore" suppliers, the ability to motivate others to deliver and to work to tight deadlines. Experience within a manufacturing organisation is beneficial.

This role is working for a global organisation and so the ability to travel internationally is required.

The position is paying a basic salary of £45-55k + car allowance or company car.
