Description Highly qualified locum is required urgently by large local authority in East Anglia. With proven experience within a local authority your knowledge will extend to large scale commercial contracts, dual use agreements, good contracts and building and engineering contracts. In addition to this it is essential that you are proficient with EU Procurement.

The offices are based in the centre of this historic city and offer excellent transport links from London and the East Midlands.

The Council are offering excellent rates of pay in return for your expertise and this position is likely to continue for several months. There is also the possibility of repeat bookings for the right candidate.
