Description Experienced, bright individuals are sought by this leading regional firm to undertake a property litigation caseload.

With in excess of 20 partners and a number of offices and recommended by various legal publications, this regional firm can offer an outstanding client base.

You will join their dedicated Property Litigation Team, based in their Commercial Litigation Department. You will have experience of the full range of property related disputes to include commercial landlord and tenant, dilapidations claims, contested business lease renewals, rights of way, restrictive covenants, co-ownership disputes and both commercial and residential possession claims. You will also work closely with their commercial property department to ensure a seamless service is given to their clients.
