My client is a major regional law firm which has substantially grown out of the merger of several successful firms in the region. As a result of this, the number of specialist units the firm supports, it is able to offer clients a high level of legal expertise. They are currently seeking an experienced Company Commercial solicitor to work within their well established Bedford office. You will be involved in a varied caseload covering IP, business start up work, partnership agreements, buying & selling a business and terms of trading. With 5+ years PQE you will be expected to take an active role in supervising the other fee earners within the department, and whilst a following is not essential you would have a desire to play an active role in marketing and develop current client relationships.
