Description Conveyancing Executive, North West, to £32 p/h

A local authority with it's base in the North West is looking to recruit a conveyancing executive on a locum basis for a period of 6 months. The majority of you caseload would be the purchasing of residential property under compulsory purchase orders, therefore it is essential that you have experience of working on CPO's.

Applicants that are ILEX qualified (preferred) or non qualified fee earners are ideal for this requirement, especially if he / she has a proven background within a local authority. Candidates with vast private practice experience are also welcome, presenting a unique opportunity to obtain local government experience.
