Description		Our client is a leading national law firm with offices throughout the UK and internationally. The Education team in Cambridge has advised higher education institutions, colleges of further education as well as schools, academies, private sector providers, training organisations and royal chartered organisations. They are currently looking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Cambridge office. They have worked for the education sector for over a century and are rated in the Chambres directory. This role will be part of the Education team, specialising in corporate and commercial work. Your caseload will include; setting up campuses, joint commercial ventures, goverance, funding, spin out companies and venture capital funding. You will either be a NQ Solicitor or have a few years of post qualification experience. This firm can provide an excellent salary package and benefits.
