Description		Job Ref: STH-125 Our clients in are looking to recruit a Senior Divorce Solicitor for the South East. Job summary: Bring in your existing files from your present firm. Keep and make contact with referrers and develop clients in their area. Advice, Court work & drafting. Key responsibilities: �Bring into the firm most of their existing files and contacts/introducers of work �Create and expand their own divorce work �Work closely with marketing to exploit work and leads opportunities �Network on and off line �Identify, connect with and market to prospective new clients and contacts. �Create and maintain relationships with referrers. Visit and maintain the firm's existing referrers. �Market themselves and the firm generally �Contribute to discussions on the strategy of the firm �Take full part in team meetings and development sessions �Write content for the website and other marketing materials Key attributes required: �Exceptional client care �An ability to understand what clients want as well as what they need �A real understanding of the emotional needs of many clients �Speed �Flexibility �IT literate, able to use Word & Outlook �Not reliant upon a surrounding support team to deliver results �Professional, competent but friendly and relaxed Please send your CV to georginacv@hargreavesjames.co.uk to apply for this position.
