Description		By the end of 2008 our client will be the largest general costs consultancy in the UK bar none. They are seeking Legal Costs Negotiators (Claimant). The key responsibilities are to recover or justify legal costs on receipt of a bill from a 3rd party, whilst ensuring compliance to legislative regulations. You will be joining a specialist team of Claimant costs negotiators who are dedicated to recovering the highest possible amount, in the quickest timescales, whilst maintaining quality and customer care.
