Description		A superb opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer currently exists within this leading and expanding full service regional firm. This modern practice has a remit to grow further still, and under the guidance of some highly esteemed former City partners, is well placed to achieve its goals. Currently with over forty partners and a recently opened fourth office, this really is an exciting time to join the firm. The construction team deal with both non-contentious and contentious work, acting for funders advising in relation to development/project funding. On the contentious side they deal with large local and national contractors and throughout the last 12 months have advised on adjudication, arbitration and litigation. They are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of two years experience within this field who has worked on a broad range of construction issues and ideally on both contentious and non-contentious areas. You will be committed to this area of the law and will thrive on the supportive environment and impressive client base. Ideally, from a recognised firm and department, you will be a keen on business development and enjoy working within a closely knit team.
