Description		Litigation Locum, North West, to �28 an hr. A local authority in the North West is looking to recruit a prosecutions & litigation locum to join them for up to 6 months to assist with an influx of files. The successful candidate will deal with a mixed caseload of prosecutions and litigation matters, dealing with civil litigation, local authority prosecutions, housing, environmental and anti social behaviour. Applicants will be qualified solicitors or ILEX qualified candidates with previous local government experience, it is also essential that candidates have previous Litigation experience.
