Description		Your Profile You are a part qualified Patent Attorney with proven experience in handling Physics and mechanical device related technology either in private practice or in-house. Having already gained at least 12 months patent drafting and prosecution experience, you are now looking to expand your horizons in a more commercially minded and consultative environment. You must be commercially oriented, highly motivated and especially proactive in your professional outlook - always striving to deliver consistently high quality work and advice in a timely manner. You will therefore have passed the UK Foundation papers and be working towards UK and/or EQE examinations. The Role The role is a unique opportunity to harness commercial IP strategy by understanding the needs of a wide ranging client base, and working as part of a client management team to exploit IP in the context of business objectives. You will draw upon all aspects of your IP career to date by offering portfolio management, drafting, prosecutions & oppositions, licensing, opinion work and due diligence reviews. The variety of work is extremely interesting across a wide range of clients - from blue-chip global companies to SMEs, spin out, academic and other research/government organisations.
