Description		Commercial Contracts Locum, South East, To �30 p/h. A South East based local authority requires a commercial contracts locum for approximately 6 months to handle a full range of simple to complex commercial matters which include: - drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts, - advising on procurement matters & - some basic TUPE matters. Applications from qualified solicitors, legal executives or barristers with UK commercial contracts experience are welcomed. The successful candidate will benefit from fantastic team dynamics, an extremely supportive principal solicitor and an easily accessible location via major transport links to and from London, Essex or Kent.
