Description		Prosecutions / Litigation Locum, East Anglia, to �35 p/h, PERMANENT PROSPECTS. A reputable East Anglia based local authority is looking to recruit a prosecutions / litigation locum with the possibility of the position becoming a permanent post. The successful candidate will represent the council at trials and administration hearings, attend the Magistrates Court and handle a full range of prosecutions / litigation matters such as: - Debt Recovery - Planning - Housing law - Environmental health - Trading standards - Anti-social behaviour UK experience is essential and it is desirable that qualified solicitors, legal executives and barristers who apply have local authority experience as well. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a locum position with permanent prospects, offering a competitive hourly rate and an easily accessible location via major transport links to and from Norfolk, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire.
