Working within the Corporate Insolvency team your main responsibilities will be to provide expertise and support to blue chip organisations regarding business restructuring or re-organisational issues. The Role

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Advise corporations, insolvency practitioners and key company stakeholders on issues regarding restructure, debt management, re-organisation, etc
Provide expertise on due diligence and contingency planning
International insolvency issues
Receiverships

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with specialist experience in corporate recovery, restructure or insolvency. Client facing and relationship building experience is essential as you will be dealing with a number of blue chip clients regarding highly sensitive information. This is a highly diverse role within a vastly expanding firm.
