• We are recruiting for a well known legal organisation providing telephone support for clients in Welfare Benefits matters. This includes both Council Tax and Housing Benefits.

• The organisation is funded by the LSC and all work is to be conducted within LSC standards.

• You will have a minimum of recent 6 months experience handling a caseload of Welfare Benefits matters with an emphasis of providing initial advice in relevant matters.

• Salary is based on 37.5 hours per week and the organisation is easily accessible by rail and car.
