A niche firm in Manchester, who offer a high quality litigation service within the financial and property sectors, require a Senior Mortgage Repossession lawyer on a permanent basis.

Due to the expansion of their department that deals with mortgage repossession matters they require a Senior Lawyer or Team leader who can take responsibility for a team of 8 fee earners. Alongside managerial responsibilities you will also build and develop a caseload of defended cases.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience of contested mortgage repossession litigation, be able to demonstrate excellent technical ability and have had previous experience managing a similar sized team.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives and non-qualified lawyers - as long as you have substantial experience in mortgage repossession.

The firm is ideally placed in Manchester City Centre and are offering a competitive salary, dependant on experience.
