Our Client is an established and industry leading figure in the claims management sector, and are shortly moving to state of the art offices in Macclesfield due to massive expansion.

The Fee Earners within the Claims management team are responsible for successfully handling a large portfolio of Consumer credit litigation cases, primarily dealing with PPI claims from inception through to settlement.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the claims function and will work closely with both the board and the IT department in creating a winning formula.

To be successful in this role, you must possess sharp technical litigation knowledge complimented by a strong desire to achieve in order to deliver a robust quality claims handling service to clients.

You will have a proven track record of handling Consumer credit claims from inception to settlement whilst delivering an excellent service to all clients. You will be exceptionally self-motivated with strong communication and organisational skills in order to efficiently manage a high volume caseload.

As in house Fee Earner, you will work closely with the board developing assisting to develop the legal processes required.

Skills:
• Proven track record of end-to-end handling of consumer credit claims, specifically Payment protection claims

• Well-developed technical and litigation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent client care.
