Personal Injury Claims Handler
My client based in South Shields are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Claims Handler.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage high value PI claims from first notification onwards, keeping within service standards and achieving optimum settlements.
Dealing with referrals, identifying, writing and delivering training and coaching plus project work as required by management.
Technical Skills
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of RTA/Article 75/MIB procedures General damages into five figures including serious spinal injuries, broken limbs, head injuries, psychiatric, chronic pain syndromes. CRU including the appeals and review process Fatal including dependency. Complex Care and Loss of earnings calculations including interpreting accountants reports. Detailed knowledge of the CPR including multi track litigation. Estimating six figure claims accurately.
Large credit hire claims and large tp solicitors costs bills. Fraud awareness
