Court of Protection Solicitor

My client, a leading law firm, are looking to recruit a solicitor to work in their Sheffield office in the Court of Protection Department. In this role you will advise clients on a wide variety of Court of Protection cases including deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and wills. You will therefore have good communication skills as well as excellent client care skills. You will ideally therefore have previous experience working in a similar legal department.
