SOLICITOR - REAL ESTATE LITIGATION

The successful candidate will carry out a full range of commercial real estate litigation work, but with a bias towards commercial landlord and tenant issues, and with particular emphasos on the retail and leisure sector. You will help develop and expand the real estate litigation offering in that location. Post-qualification experience within a recognised real estate litigation department is essential to the role, and marketing experience would be an advantage. To succeed in the role you will have experience in the core areas of landlord and tenant issues including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlords consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, tenant default and tenant insolvency. This is an excellent opportunityto owrk with a varied and impressive client base, including well known national retailers and other end users of commercial property, and investment landlords.
