Law Costs Draftsman

Due to continued growth and new client contracts this new but fast growing Law Cost Firm require a Costs Draftsman to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a modern, forward thinking and like minded team who are looking for a Costs Draftsman with ideally 2 years experience but would consider candidates with less experience. There is no negotiating experience required but if you would like to learn that aspect of the role full training can be given.

The firm wants to quickly grow and in turn wants to develop and broaden the experience of its entire staff so they can progress quickly through the firm. Here are some of the services the firm offers:

Preparation of Part 8 Proceedings
Preparation of Points of Replies/Preparation of Points of Dispute
Estimate of Costs for Allocation & Pre Trial Checklists
Preparation of Statement of Costs for Applications, Directions Hearing, Disposal Hearing & Final Hearings
Negotiation of Predictive Costs & Disbursements
Negotiation of MOJ Portal Costs & Disbursements
Risk Assessment & Funding Advice
Costs Management & Costs Budgeting
Representation at Detailed Assessment
In-house training & seminars.
