Description An experienced Payroll Assistant is required to join an exciting and forward thinking leisure company in Cheshire. Responsibilities include processing new starters and leavers, as well as dealing with P45s, P46s, SSP and SMP. You will also be the first point of contact for dealing with queries, and liasing with the DWP and Inland Revenue. It is essential that you have experience of working in a busy payroll department, ideally having worked on a high volume payroll. To be successful in this role you will have a confident telephone manner, be able to work on your own initiative, and be able to work to tight deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a rapidly expanding and dynamic organisation.
