Description		Our Client is an innovative operator of cinemas and leisure complexes across the country. They are currently looking for a talented general manager at one of their key sites. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver the responsibilities below. The company is forward thinking in its approach to identifying good staff, and will consider candidates without direct experience, from other areas of leisure, retail and hospitality. Key Responsibilities �Identify and maximise sales opportunities. �Maximise profit and minimise loss. �Liase with Retail Operations to tailor products to the Guest's needs to maximise sales. �Develop and improve market share through local area marketing in partnership with the marketing department (LAM). �Liase with film buying to deliver the best products to the local market. �Execute all national and local marketing campaigns. �Maximise conference and event management opportunities. �Develop, train and inspire the team �Effective financial management �Deliver first class customer service �Ensure high operational efficiency In return you will receive a very competitive salary as well as target related bonuses.
