This beautiful country house hotel is looking for a junior sous chef to join its 9 strong brigade.

There are 50 covers in the 2AAR fine dining restaurant, 40 in the brasserie, plus small numbers conference and banqueting run by a separate brigade.

Salary for a junior sous chef is set at £20k but with tips it can approach £22k

This is preferably a live out position but some assistance can be given at the beginning and live in might be offered in certain circumstances.

The head chef has a solid 2AA Rosette background plus international experience in Australia where he workes at a 2 Hat establishment which is akin to our 1 or 2 Star Michelin so he is undoubtedly going to be able to pass on some invaluable chef skills to his brigade.
