Description Leading Cruise company requires a Data Analyst to: Ensure all company customer and prospect data is effectively managed and data capture processes are in place and meet UK DPA best practice.
Data analysis is performed to identify high value customers and prospects.
You will recommend direct marketing activity to increase customer value.
And produces business reports on customer numbers, value and ROI of marketing activity.

The successful candidate will be/have:
• Educated to degree level
• 2 years experience of managing customer database
• Previous experience of working in a marketing department preferred
• Analytical – interrogates data and makes recommendations to improve business performance
• Attention to detail – applies rigour to maintenance of database and accuracy of inputs
• Considered and measured
• Systematic
• Able to prioritise workload
