Description Our Client is seeking to appoint a professionally qualified Manager to take over the day to day operational control of a long established & prestigious 41 Bedded Nursing Home set in beautiful rural surroundings near Wincanton. The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse with RMA qualification, ideally with Care or Nursing Home management experience. The main job holder responsibilities include all dealings with the National Care Standard Authority, staff recruitment, duty rotas, training, standards, discipline and record keeping, and client maintenance and development.
