SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 (negotiable) + Bonus + Car + BUPA + Pension + Benefits

THE ROLE:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a proven operations manager, general manager or operations director to manage one of the worlds leading state of the art manufacturing facilities. This appointment is seen as integral for the continuing expansion of this market leading group.
Taking full control of this manufacturing facility, you will manage all aspects involved with running such a site including, manufacture, health & safety, environmental, HR, costs & profit and general management procedures. Very interestingly, the successful candidate will be given the authority to implement their own ideas and strategies in order to stamp their own authority on the role.
Being site based in the North West, this role offers a superb negotiable package plus future development to senior managerial levels.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Essentially you will have managed a production operation and the vast number of employees working within it.
You will have experience similar to that of a general manager and know what it takes to manage and improve a production facility. Further to this a working knowledge of production/manufacture for the food/drinks industry would be very advantageous.
Living in the North West of England you will be someone who is proactive with aspirations and motivations to improve efficiencies in order to reduce costs and increase profits.
