Description		Our Client is a major deliverer of welfare to work programmes across the UK. They are expanding their provision in Cheshire and Warrington to deliver a programme focused on supporting Priority benefit recipients to find and sustain suitable employment. They are looking to appoint a Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of several innovative projects across the Cheshire and Warrington delivery area. Reporting to the Pathways Director you will be responsible for all aspects of contract delivery within the and will work closely with Jobcentre Plus staff to establish effective working relationships. Responsibilities include setting targets, timescales, agreed payments, audit and contract compliance setting and monitoring individual and centre delivery targets, continuous improvement, claims audit, financial checks, customer evaluation and tracking. You will have a track record of successfully managing a team in welfare to work setting and ideally have demonstrable experience of working with priority benefit recipients and the partnership organisations that assist them in overcoming their barriers to work.
