Description		Our client is one of the most successful nation-wide training providers in its field today. They offer a complete recruitment, training, consultancy, mentoring and business support service to meet the needs of individuals and organisations. They are expanding our provision in Cheshire and Warrington to deliver a programme focused on supporting Incapacity Benefit recipients to find and sustain suitable employment. We are looking to appoint a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the line management of clustered teams of Personal Job Advisor across the Cheshire and Warrington delivery area and for all partnership/sub-contractual relationships and compliance including monthly monitoring of performance, quality, Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities. Reporting to the Pathways Director you will be responsible for all aspects of contract delivery within our centers, and will work closely with Jobcentre Plus staff to establish effective working relationships. Responsibilities include setting targets, timescales, agreed payments, audit and contract compliance setting and monitoring individual and centre delivery targets, continuous improvement, claims audit, financial checks, customer evaluation and tracking. You will have a track record of successfully managing a team in welfare to work setting and ideally have demonstrable experience of working with incapacity benefit recipients and the partnership organisations that assist them in overcoming their barriers to work.
