Further benefits include working Monday to Friday - 45 hours a week and 25 days holiday. As the ambassador in your area for the new Pathways to Work contract, you will use your inspirational leadership skills to motivate a large team to deliver against profit, performance and service targets. The breadth of your role will range from ensuring the compliance of all contractual obligations and controlling budgets to developing the business by forging links with local employers and partner organisations. The rewards will be as great as the challenge as you enjoy the freedom to profitably develop the business and the personal satisfaction that comes from changing people's lives. You will probably have come from a business to business sales environment, but what is certain is that you are commercially minded with excellent communication and people management skills and a proven track record of delivering against KPIs.
