Description		Service Delivery Manager / Operations Manager Macclesfield, Cheshire Salary �25,000 - �35,000 Our client works in partnership with GPs and Health Professionals to deliver property, pharmacy and medical services across the UK. The company owns and invests in primary care properties and community hospitals across the UK as well as providing a full range of pharmacy services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join them and to play a critical role in contributing to the efficient and systematic delivery of quality services. The Service Delivery Manager will be a proactive member of the team, managing the day to day activities of the Centre including staff management and development, budget and risk management, safety and adhering to best practice. You will ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard, implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and producing performance reports to monitor the services. This will involve managing and maintaining a log of complaints and incident reporting. You will build relationships with GPs, partner organisations, patients and the public, coordinating any special events and promoting awareness of new services. They are looking for a highly motivated and customer focussed individual with the drive and passion to make this challenging role a success. Operational management skills and experience of financial or budget management desirable; preferably within a healthcare environment. The nature of this role requires a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, IT skills essential.
