Description Title
Assistant Manager required for this Top Flight sports retailer in Chester.

Role Description
To work alongside the Store Manager in order to achieve common business goals.
To lead, manage and coach the store team to achieve and exceed business objectives across the Balanced Business Scorecard, whilst proactively taking steps to grow the business.
By providing leadership, direction, motivation, coaching and support to team members you will maximise business performance and ensure that relationships with our customers are strengthened.

What we are looking for
We are looking for commercially minded Managers, ideally with High Street experiences, but not necessary. You will need a proven track record as a Manager and be willing to provide a strong influence on your store to provide the highest standards possible.
