Description Our client is a well established and very successful Contract Cleaning company based in Hertfordshire. With a solid reputation and a prestigious account base they have a requirement for a general manager to oversee the operational management of the company's team.
Working alongside the company's directors you will be responsible for the management of the company's team and will also be a major influence over the overall operational business strategy of the company.
Our client is looking for a candidate of exceptionally high calibre with experience gained within a similar role dealing with large multi site clients. Experience gained within a senior level operations management role within the industry is essential.
An excellent package is on offer with a very generous bonus scheme making earnings in excess of £100k achievable.
