With over 500% growth in the last 3 yrs, we are now entering the next phase of growth and are recruiting a Business Development professional to sell, develop and market the business across permanent, contract, contingency, retained, campaign management and outsourced solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and Team Managers to identify further opportunities within existing clients across Engineering, Defence, Aerospace, IT, HR, Retail and Supply Chain. In addition to this you will identify and create openings within new market areas. The role is varied, challenging and will encompass a range of sales and marketing activities.
With proven and demonstrable sales and business development experience in the recruitment arena, we are seeking an inspirational candidate who can build on the current success of the RPO Solutions and JAM businesses and lead, drive and deliver further growth.
