Through line manager you’ll be responsibility for approximately 100 staff;

You will have departmental P&L responsibility;
The staff work within a unionised environment so you’ll be a great communicator;

Whilst the staff turnover is low you will always be looking to increase standards by training and recruiting.

Your experience will be from within the transport, distribution, logistics, operations or supply chain management field;

You’re strong with finance, customer service and staff management.

Just as important is your work ethic that tells you to get the job done – and your staff follow that ethos.
