Our Client is seeking a Kitchen Manager. Working for a large prestigious company.
The successful Kitchen Manager should have ideally food qualifications and be familiar with branded restaurant operations. The Kitchen Manager should have an outgoing personality. As the Kitchen Manager you will have an eye for detail and the ability to lead a team during busy shifts. The role will involve team training, managing brand standards and delivering exceptional food quality.
The Kitchen Managers will be responsible for the training and development of their people, the quality of food and the financial performance of their kitchen. In order to fulfil this role you must have:
• Kitchen Manager level experience in a high volume, branded environment, be able to manage a kitchen brigade of 15-20 and currently manage a site turning over circa 30-40k per week
• A passion for delivering great food and the attention to detail that ensures every single guest leaves with a burning desire to return.
• The enthusiasm and charisma to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to ensure that all profit margins are maintained.
• Skills necessary to ensure that all health & hygiene regulations are met at all times
