Production Planning Manager

SOLOS Consultants are currently looking to recruit for a Production Planning Manager to be responsible for the warehouse operations head count throughout a multitude of peak trading.

Duties Include:
- Manipulating Data to highlight Peaks and Troughs in work loads.
- Forecasting Staffing levels within the Warehouse to highlight if casual staff if required to Agency Staff is required.
- Dealing with Agencies when staff is required and being assertive on numbers, hours required to what deadlines.
- Aware of Financial Costings and where more cost effective ways of staff could be sourced.

Candidate are required to have strong Excel skills and able to report directly into Senior Management and Directors.

Candidates must have previous experience within forecasting staff requirements for high volume warehouse agents.
