Job Role

As a hands-on manager of one of our key outlet stores, you will have at least 2 years proven Management experience within a retail environment. You will possess a strong and sustained ability to drive and deliver total customer satisfaction whilst maximising sales and profitability.

It is essential that you are an enthusiastic, driven individual with good organisational skills to ensure that your stores are presented in a commercial manner. You must be able to achieve results by effectively leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver their potential.
