Highly regarded Direct Mail/Marketing Solutions Services provider seek to enhance their central Commercial team with the appointment of a talented & multi skilled individual with senior level experience across Commercial and Outsource/supply chain management to head up the responsibility for their centralised Commercial & Estimating business unit.

Having invested intelligently in equipment and staff, the business is entering its most exciting and critical stage of development to date and as part of that development, they seek to appoint a high-calibre business professional to take lead an already successful internal sales team and the associated accounts.

You will be responsible for managing and motivating an internal estimating/commercial team through support and direct leadership, whilst working hand-in-hand with the Group Client Services Director, the Sales Director and their relevant teams of highly considered & effective individuals.

You must be dynamic, yet process driven, a strong networker, possess a breadth of product knowledge and have responsibility for the medium to long term strategies for Commercial performance improvement and the commercial strategy in new business pitches/wins.
