PEST CONTROL SERVICE MANAGER – South London/South East

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and fast becoming market leader in the Pest Control market as a Service Manager covering South/South of London (see below for postcode areas)

THE ROLE

• To manage a team of Pest Control Technicians
• Ensure Customer Service is top priority at all times
• Provide induction and training
• Manage distribution of jobs to technicians based on skill sets etc
• Manage Technicians Holidays/Sickness etc
• Mobile role covering
o SE, SW, TW, KT, SM, CR, BR & DA Postcode areas

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

• You will be BPCA Qualified
• A minimum of 3yrs experience as a Pest Control Service Manager
• Ideally have worked for a leading Pest Control Company
• Demonstrable people management skills
• Excellent Time Management, Organisational and Problem Solving Skills
• Be willing to quickly react and become hands on if required, to ensure the customer is always fully satisfied with the service provided
• Ideally you will live centrally within the geographic region
o SE. SW, TW, KT, CR, BE & DE Postcodes
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
o Ideally with no or minimal points
