Description		We are looking for a number of Shift managers with experience in the Pharmaceutical sector to join one of our largest clients. You will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a shift team to achieve improvements in planned sterile production, pharmaceutical awareness, capacity utilization, quality, cost and supply plans in compliance with the company. The role will involve you: - Implementing current and future requirements on an annual basis. - Responsible for effective communication between Operational day and night shift patterns. - Direct ownership of shift technical team and indirect ownership of other teams in absence of manager. We would prefer that you have a degree in chemical engineering giving you the base knowledge of chemicals although we will welcome candidates with excellent knowledge and experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
