Description		Acorn Recruitment is looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive to work for a reputable manufacturing company. You will build successful relationships with both prospective and existing customers to maximise on sales opportunities, keeping clients updated of the products & services available. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Telephone liaison with both prospective and existing customers Cold calling prospective customers Recording details of all calls made on a daily basis Passing on orders to the Customer Services Team to progress Working on pre-determined daily / weekly / monthly targets Maintain a full understanding of new products / promotions as they arise / evolve Liaison with various internal departments Working on a set geographical territory by Account Manager in accordance with the CRP strategy. Each Executive makes about 90 telephone calls per day, on average the call lasts 4 minutes Number of outlets throughout the UK is approximately 7,000 EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Previous experience in a telesales or direct sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be highly self motivated Have a �can do' attitude PC literate Knowledge of different Windows, experience of using a mouse Experience with Microsoft Office Good keyboard skills Good, confident telephone manner and good communication skills Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
