A multifaceted Packaging Company with manufacturing sites across Europe, Asia and the U.S. seeks a Process Support Group Engineer due to internal promotion.

The role:
§ To install, audit and maintain manufacturing process equipment across the group-wide.
§ To train personnel in equipment operation and maintenance
§ Implement preventative maintenance systems in plant using QAS and SAP.
§ Root cause analysis to avoid overspends and implementing corrective actions
§ Using PMII to analyse historical downtime and to ascertain machine reliability.
§ Project managing small projects
§ To create a model store room
§ To maintain good working relationships with suppliers and engineering staff
§ Extensive international travel [typically in excess of 50%]


Essential experience:
§ Experience in Preventative Maintenance systems e.g. RCM, MTF, TPM, QAS
§ SAP
§ Microsoft Project
§ Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing/packaging/FMCG environment
§ Project Engineering/Project Management
§ PMII desirable
